Ed has guest lectured regionally for the California Wine Institute and the US Department of Agriculture, at the Singapore Polytechnic, the Human Resources Institute, the University of Western Sydney, the Singapore Management University as well as HK University (Wine MBA). Topics range from wine portfolio management and wine marketing to wine production and wine sensory evaluation.
